Policy

  • We provide return and exchanges service within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The goods must be returned in its original condition; unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.

  • However, the following products are classified as “Non – returnable product” and not eligible for any return, refund or exchangeable:
    • Clearance items
    • Sales items
    • Sock(s)
    • Sport Bra(s)
    • Swimwear

  • If you have received an incorrect item, or if your item has been delivered faulty. Kindly contact our customer service within 3 days upon received your purchase.

  • For returns, customers are advised to notify us first at customerservices@ararat.com.my by quoting your order number and product details. Our customer service team will review your return request and will be in touch with you on next steps.

  • Return postage cost will be borne by customer and Sportmart will not responsible if shipment is lost or damaged during return transit.
