• We provide return and exchanges service within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The goods must be returned in its original condition; unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.

  • If you have received an incorrect item, or if your item has been delivered faulty. Kindly contact our customer service within 3 days upon received your purchase.

  • For returns, customers are advised to notify us first at by quoting your order number and product details. Our customer service team will review your return request and will be in touch with you on next steps.

  • Return postage cost will be borne by customer and Sportmart will not responsible if shipment is lost or damaged during return transit.
